I have made this recipe 3 or 4 times as well because it is so good, but I've been trying to perfect it. It looks amazing and all the ingredients are amazing, I just couldn't get it just right. I have learned that the bacon needs to be cooked a bit at the beginning or it will not be as done as I like it at the end. (Or you will overcook the chicken) Use tooth picks to keep everything together. Yum!

OH MY GOSH YOU GUYS. OMG. This might be the best thing I've eaten in my entire life, ever. It was such a hit with my friends and their boyfriends, too. My barbecue chicken subs bring all the boys to the yard. I recommend doubling it if you have a group of 4 or more or if you want leftovers. I would eat this for every meal.

I wish I had better things to say about these. When I went gluten free for a week, I tried these because I thought I was starving. The first few bites were okay, and they satisfied my need for something sweet. They are VERY thick, and VERY coconutty. They also didn't decompose for like 3 months and that worries me. lol.
